My Journey to the Law
I was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and have been practicing family law — and Florida real estate law — since 2006. I opened my office in Kendall, at the heart of Southwest Miami-Dade, because that community is where I live and where my clients live. Day after day, I walk into the Miami-Dade courthouses to fight for the families of the communities I serve.
Bilingual by Practice and by Choice
Miami is one of the Spanish-speaking capitals of the world, and I have always offered my services in both English and Spanish. If your legal matter is in Spanish, we will handle it in Spanish. If English, in English. If both, in both.

Bankruptcy
Financial distress is not a moral failing — it's a legal problem with legal solutions. I help individuals and families evaluate and pursue Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, often in coordination with the family matters that created the financial crisis.
